C-Houses-8 is a multi-family residential building designed in Kabataş neighborhood | Beyoğlu. It is designed by considering the rules of sustainable architecture.

The building occurs by nine modules which are constructed as three different shells of sustainable materials. All modules are organized for different types of clients’/users' requirements.

Each module has its own special volumes and characteristic design details such us dimensions and materials. At the end, all modules reflect their users’ personalities.

It explodes the rules of perspective of planning organization on the X,Y,Z coordinate systems firstly. Then it gives you an opportunity to live in a home which totally reflects yourself. Are you a serious person? Does wood give you warm feelings? Do you want your home at the same time your office? Or are you a crowded family? Do you like barbecue against to Bosphorus? Or are you an art gallerist? Would you like to give a terrace dance party? Each section easily could fit in this community.
