Araz 16 is a multi-family residential building constructed in Tomtom neighborhood, Beyoğlu. It is designed by considering defined users' requirements.
By design, it is aimed to be a bridge between past and now in this historical context. This is where the white dynamic line is born.
The white dynamic line visits all facade splitting it to two with this purpose. There is a wood facade which represents historical time-past and there is now which is represented by stone.
